Cancellation Request
Customers can request order cancellation by contacting Aara Sarees as soon as possible after placing the order.
Cancellation Before Processing
Orders may be cancelled if the cancellation request is received before processing or dispatch.
Orders After Dispatch
Orders that have already been dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation.
Customized Orders
Customized saree orders may not be cancelled once production or customization has started.
Cancellation Confirmation
A cancellation is considered successful only after confirmation from Aara Sarees.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If an eligible order is cancelled, the applicable refund will be processed according to our refund terms.
Shipping Charges
Shipping or other applicable charges may not be refundable once the order has been shipped.
Partial Cancellation
Requests to cancel individual items from a multiple-item order may be accepted depending on the order status.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds may take a reasonable number of business days to reflect in the customer’s account.
